INTEGRAL WORK AND TRADING Ltd., is a limited liability company, duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with registered office and address in Sofia, 99 Evlogi and Hristo Georgiev Blvd., registered in the Commercial Register to the Registry Agency with UIC 130865192.

In carrying out its activities, in particular:

• Transactions in commercial representation of foreign educational organizations in the Republic of Bulgaria;
• Cooperation between foreign educational organizations and local natural and legal persons;

INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. processes information, including one that is personal data.

These Guidelines are intended to inform you of the way we process your personal data as an administrator and of your rights in this regard.

The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. processes your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the applicable European and Bulgarian legislation. We strive to be as clear, specific and transparent as possible on the processing of your personal information.

INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. processes personal data, which are voluntarily provided by you, namely: names, date of birth, PIN, gender, mobile phone, email, address, photographs, but not limited to, a copy of an identity document, medical and financial information for the applicant and his/her parents/guardians. Detailed information on the different types of data that are collected and processed will be found while performing the relevant activity (including online) and provide the necessary information to INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. in this connection.

The personal data you provide are processed and used by INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. for the sole purpose of the purposes stated. These include, in particular:

• Application for Work and Travel in the United States, as well as participation in various events organized and conducted by INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. such as, but not limited to, Events for Promotion of Work and Travel in the United States, courses, competitions, and more. Applications, as well as the documents that apply to them, contain personal data (e.g. curriculum vitae, high school diploma, contact details, etc.). INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. store these data for a maximum period of five (five) years from the date of their release (unless longer storage duration is legally permissible for other reasons) with a view to possible subsequent review of the documents submitted, unless you have explicitly objected to such storage of the data provided in this connection;
• Conclusion of contracts – here is provided data needed to conclude and execute contract, as well as other legally required information (depending on the type of contract). Your personal data are stored in accordance with legally permissible deadlines within 5 /five/ years;
• Using Contact Forms -if you use any of the contact forms for inquiries and bookings, the information you provide via the form, including contact details, is used to process the inquiry, provide additional information and store it for later use, in case further questions arise. Your personal data will be stored for the processing of the inquiry and a maximum period of 5 (five) years after completion of processing, unless longer storage duration is legally permissible for other reasons.
• Other

In certain cases, INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. may disclose certain personal information to strategic and/or contractual partners. For cases where INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. shares information about you with third parties, INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. verifies whether these third parties provide a level of data protection according to the agreed standard for that. Your data is also considered confidential for our partners.

Depending on the type of services you have requested (such as a call, order, service request, information, etc.), your data may be exchanged with third parties involved in the execution of orders (e.g. companies delivering services through post, banks, translation agencies, etc.).

We may be required to provide personal data to meet legal requirements or to apply rights and agreements. INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. may provide your personal data if required by law, lawsuit, litigation and/or at the request of public and governmental authorities in or outside your country of domicile. We may also disclose information about you if we find that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement or other public interest purposes.

In case your data needs to be transferred to third countries (outside the EU) INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. performs this transfer in full compliance with the legal provisions, thus ensuring the level of protection of your data.

In case the access to the websites of INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. somehow connects you to other social networks such as Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Tweeter and others, INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. is not responsible for the protection of your personal data when accepting the general terms and conditions of these sites. In such cases, you should be familiar with the general terms and conditions of those sites.

In connection with the protection of your personal data, you have the following rights:

• Right to withdraw your consent – when your data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time;
• Right of access to personal data related to the person being processed by INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd.;
• Right to correct or supplement inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• Right of deletion (“right to be forgotten”) of personal data that are processed unlawfully or with a legal basis (expired, retired, completed primary purpose for which they were collected, etc.);
• Right to Limitation of Processing - In case of legal dispute between INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. and the subject of personal data until its resolution and/or for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims;
• Right of data portability – if handled in an automated manner based on an agreement or contract. For this purpose, the data is transmitted in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format. If technically feasible, the transfer of data can be done directly from one administrator to another. The portability law covers only data provided personally by the data subject as well as personal data generated and collected from his activity;
• Right to object - anytime and on grounds regarding the specific situation of the person, provided that there are no compelling legal grounds for the processing, which take precedence over the interests, rights and freedoms of the person or judicial process;
• Right to not be subject to a fully automated solution involving profiling that produces legal consequences for the data subject or significantly affects him or her;
• Right to appeal to the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data in the case of violated rights of the data subject, as well as the right to appeal against the actions of INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL before the relevant administrative court or before the Supreme Administrative Court under the general jurisdiction rules.

For your convenience, INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. provides forms for the exercise of any of the above rights, however your requests can be submitted to INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. and in free text at your discretion.

Please submit your requests as well as any other questions to the contact person mentioned in point 7.

INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. has the right to refuse the satisfaction of certain requests in the exercise of your rights to the protection of personal data on the grounds provided by the applicable law.

INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. uses a wide variety of (technical and organizational) data security measures to ensure the confidentiality and protection of your personal information. All employees of INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. are obliged to protect the confidentiality of your information and to observe the applicable organizational and technical measures for its protection. For cases where INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. shares information about you with third parties - INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. uses the mechanisms provided for in the applicable legislation to ensure that the data subjects provide a level of data protection according to the agreed standard. After expiration of the storage period, your personal data is deleted (destroyed).

In connection with the expected legislative changes regarding the protection of personal data INTEGRAL WORK AND TRAVEL Ltd. will periodically update and publish its Privacy Policy.
