Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner. Promote the Spa by providing information about the services and products offered. Make reservations for Spa guests. Distribute promotional literature. Maintain inventory of Spa supplies. Maintain inventory of retail products. Maintain supply of fresh linens. Collect used sheets and towels and store in proper area. Bags of used linens can weigh 40 plus pounds. Change the water bottle in the dispenser as needed. Maintain a cash drawer and balance at the end of the shift, run reports and make a bank drop at the end of shift. Will perform other duties as required.
