Qualification :

• Restaurant experience a plus • Positive customer service skills required • Knowledge of proper and up to date food handling and health standards (Alaska Food Worker Card) • Ability to safely lift and maneuver 50 lbs. • Ability to work as a team member • Ability to lift, put down and maneuver loaded service trays

Position Description:

• Arrive to work on time and ready to work • Set-up bussing stations before restaurant opening • Set-up bleach buckets • Fill ice bins • Clear tables and reset for next guests • Clear dishes after courses • Keep dishroom area neat and clean • Keep stations stocked during shift • Clean spills on floor in front and back of the house • Fill water glasses on tables • Take linen to laundry room after shift • Move tables & chairs for set-up and takedown • Server assistant • Other duties as assigned
