RQDE provides staffing and management services for practically all of Sea Colony--both in room service and outdoor areas. Over the past 12 years, RQ has been actively recruiting international students primarily from Europe/Asia, and each year we have increased the number of students hired. We have found the international workforce to be motivated and hard working, and our owners and guests have appreciated their contributions and learning about their culture. Bethany Beach is a beautiful community located on the Atlantic Ocean. Outdoor summer activities include biking, hiking, beaching, swimming, walking the boardwalk and shopping. Stores and restaurants are accessible by bicycle.
