The bellstaff is a very service-oriented position. Our bellstaff greet the guest and make them feel welcome to the hotel and interact with them on a daily basis. They assist guests with luggage, information about the hotel or Anchorage , reservations, directions, etc. Essentially they assist the guests with whatever they may need. They are located in the lobby of the hotel and it is important that they take care of our guests in a friendly and professional manner (and that they take care of each other in the same manner). We are looking for outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. We want to ensure that we provide memorable and amazing experiences for our guests through our interactions so that they want to return to the hotel.
