Housemen/Housekeeper/Laundry person - This position require duties to be done as needed. If performing Housemen duties it will require to keep all public areas clean. Clean floors with use of brooms and mops. Housekeeper duites will include guest rooms which may include bedrooms, toilet, shower area, living room, kitchen and deck as needed. Job duites may include removing and collecting linens for laundering and transporting them to designated areas; clean carpets using vacuum cleaner, dusting furniture, emptying waste baskets and cleaning them inside and out; cleaning tile floors with use of brooms and mops; using chemical based products to clean tubs, sinks, countertops, mirrors, toilets, door panels and shower curtains; replenishing trash bags, soaps, bathroom items and other supplies; transporting all trash and waste to disposal areas as instructed, removing items from refrigerator and microwave, cleaning refrigerator and microwave inside and out; washing and drying dishes; and putting them away in proper places; demonstrate a high level of customer service; respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints of guests; keep supervisor/manager informed of situations relating to facility operation; patron complaints or concerns, accidents, emergency situations; damages and potential saftey hazards; and perform all duties in a safe manner. Laundry duties will include placing laundry into large washers and dryers; folding laundry and transporting linens to designated areas. This position wlll also be interacting with guest and other employees and should have a high understanding of the English language and be able to answer questions/concerns of the guests and management/employees.
